READY TO BOOK, NOW WHAT?
Click the “BOOK NOW” button and select a Picnic/Party package. Make sure to look through the long list of ADD ONs to make your event even more Luxury. Please include any information about your party. Color request, Number of guest or any other important information. Show up for your Picnic/Party at your scheduled time. www.settheatmosphereevents.com
How far in advance should I book my Luxury Picnic/Party?
We recommend booking at least two weeks before desired Luxury Picnic/Party date. The earlier the better! We book up quickly and want everyone to receive their desired date. If we can take a last-minute booking, there will be an extra last minute booking fee of $175.00 (any event booked less than 5 days of the event is considered last minute) which is due at the time the Luxury Picnic/Party is booked. This $175.00 fee is in addition to the total cost of your event.
What is Our cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule, due to the extensive planning we do here at Set the Atmosphere Events, LLC cancellation or reschedule must be done 72 hours before your scheduled Luxury Picnic/Party date. Please keep in mind all fees paid are non-refundable on cancellations less than 72 hours before your schedule event.
Can I do a Luxury Picnic/Party in my backyard or inside of my home?
Yes~Yes~Yes! We love bringing our picnics right to your home. All events can be held indoor and/or outdoor.
Bad weather, OMG! What do we do now?
If the forecast predicts a 40% chance of rain or more on the day of the event, we will reach out to you 48 hours before the picnic date to talk about options. When booking, we require all clients to have an indoor option in the event of bad weather. We want to make sure we can accommodate your requested area, and to also make sure your picnic/party happens no matter what the weather looks like.
Are food and alcohol included in my picnic?
No, but you are more than welcome to bring your own or purchase it as an “Add-On”.
Are pets allowed at my picnic?
We are sorry but no. We do love furry friends but for the time being, we are not allowing them.
Do you travel anywhere in Georgia?
Yes! We will set up at select Atlanta parks at no additional cost!!! We will gladly travel to your home, Airbnb, or hotel for a small mileage / travel fee - inquire for more info.
Can we leave the Picnic/Party whenever we’re done?
No~No~No! All picnics have a 2-hour event time. (Unless you pay for extra time) If you want to leave earlier, you must provide us a 30-minute heads up via call or text and wait until we arrive back to the Picnic/Party before you leave. You are responsible for all Luxury Picnic/Party items.
Will the Picnic Specialist contact me before arriving to my In-Home setup?
After you’ve received your booking confirmation, a Luxury Picnic/Party Specialist will contact you (day of event) & arrive 2 hour prior to your Luxury Picnic/Party start time to setup your picnic experience.
What happens if I show up late?
Your Luxury Picnic/Party starts at the scheduled time you selected and agreed upon during your booking. We understand life isn’t perfect, so we give a 10 min grace period, anything after 30 minutes we pack up and there is zero refund.
Do we have to clean up when we are done?
No~No~No, Set the Atmosphere Events LLC is your clean-up crew.
What if it rains?
If the forecast predicts a 40% chance of rain or more on the day of the event, then we provide an opportunity to relocate your picnic to our private indoor location or reschedule the picnic for the next available date.
Can I choose the style of picnic I desire?
Unfortunately, no. Our team has an eye for detail and an appreciation for styling. We strive to make every picnic picture perfect. If you have colors, you desire or suggestions, please email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to incorporate them in our setup, but this is not guaranteed. Please include your name, phone number, email, party size, date of event and your desired adjustments and we will try to accommodate your request. All flowers are seasonal, and hand selected by our team.
Do you provide beverages?
Yes, we provide Sparkling or Still water.
***Due to the extreme high amount of recent credit card fraud our merchant service company may require clients to provide a copy of the front of your credit card used to book your picnic and a copy of your legal photo ID***
